Next Week's Update.

Hey everybody, how you doing? Well, here is an update on my test assignments, blah blah blah for next week. Tomorrow, I have a test for health, it should be easy, I should get my mark up. Due on Wednesday is a science assignment, where we make a page for some astronomy-related topic. I am doing quasars. I also have a very big assignment for Info Tech, in which the class is supossed to pretend that we are a company, specifically, an advertising/consulting company called First Ad. Inc., and I am in the digitial marketing department, just a normal employee, specializing in Photoshop, and competent in Photostory. There is also an English assignment, where me and a group of friends have to watch a movie that you may have seen, called "A Time To Kill.", starring such actors as Samuel L. Jackson, Sandra Bullock, and Matthew Mcchonneugy (or however you spell his last name.) This film deals heavily with racism. However, I wished my English teacher had insteas made my group watch either "Mississippi Burning", or "In The Heat of The Night", as I have seen both of these, and like them very much. I then write a report on this, explaining what I thought about the film. I have a simple math quiz later in the week, which should be very easy. Those are all the major things for this week. Wish me luck with all of these! Oh, and the song of the day is "Hurricane" by Bob Dylan, which is a good song, because it deals with the fact that Rubin "Hurricane" Carter was framed for a crime that he didn't commit, or at least Bob Dylan says. First Posting!

Hi everybody. I'm James Mackin, they call me Smackin Mackin, and this is my blog dedicated to the improvement of my school marks before the end of my school year. I will be informing you of improving marks, and marks that go down. My goal is to have gotten my math, science, and english marks up to 80%, my info tech mark up to 70, and my overall average up to at least 70. Currently, my marks are as following:

Art: 62
Info Tech: 63
Geo: 65
English: 78
French: 60
Math: 67
Gym/Health: 81
Science: 74
Overall average: 68.75
I know I can do this, and I hope you all wish me luck. Also, I will have a song of the day every day I update my blog. This will be a song that is inspiring to me, or that I just plain like, and that I have listened to today. Today, the song is War, by Edwin Starr, which is, in my opinion, a very powerful song, and it obviously says the bad things about war. I hope you all enjoy my blog.
